WikiRace

Link to link. First one wins.

Two players, one start article, one target, no search bar. Sprint through the world’s encyclopedia link by link. It sounds easy until you are four clicks deep in 14th-century pottery wondering how you will ever reach Beyoncé.

WikiRace gameplay on iPhone

Two players. One start article. One target. No search bar. Go. You and your opponent drop onto the same Wikipedia article and sprint, link to link to link, toward the same target page. First one to touch it wins.

That moment, scanning an article at speed and spotting the one blue link that jumps you three categories closer, is the whole game. It is trivia, geography, history, and pure lateral thinking compressed into a two-minute knife fight.

Quick Match pairs you with another racer live. Friends rooms race your group chat with a QR invite. The Daily Race gives the whole planet one route and one attempt, gentler on Mondays, brutal by the weekend. Solo mode builds your link instincts offline. Somewhere between "Cheese" and "The Byzantine Empire" there is a path. Find it first.

What you get

  • Quick Match, Friends rooms, Daily Race, Solo
  • One global route per day, one attempt, all of Earth
