Common questions
I bought something and it disappeared. How do I get it back?
Open the game’s Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Permanent purchases can be restored using the same store account. Spent consumables, such as extra lives, do not replenish through Restore. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple and Google. If something is missing, contact us with the game name and order reference.
Do your games need an internet connection?
Most core gameplay uses content on your device. Wiki Racers needs a connection for Wikipedia articles and its game service. Purchases, online leaderboards, restores and external source links also need a connection.
Do the games show ads?
Versions of our games released from late 2026 show ads: rewarded ads, which play only when you choose to watch one, and full-screen ads between runs. Our privacy policy explains what the ads use and the choices you have.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us. Include the game, your device model, and what happened. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive account credentials.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple and Google, so refunds do too: report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS, or use your Google Play order history on Android.
